For Warhorse Studios, we delivered an international press event for journalists from around the world, seamlessly connecting Prague and Kutná Hora into one cohesive, carefully curated experience.
In spring 2024, we delivered an international press trip for Warhorse Studios, hosting journalists from around the world under strict embargo to introduce the highly anticipated title Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 through an authentic and immersive programme.
The project seamlessly connected Prague and Kutná Hora into one continuous experience, where each moment naturally led to the next. The entire execution was built on precise logistics and the coordination of three production teams across multiple locations. Over several days, we hosted nearly 200 guests in three waves, operating in a full “airport-to-airport” service model, including accommodation, transfers, and real-time handling of flight changes.
The programme in Kutná Hora was designed as a gradually unfolding experience. The historic city and its iconic landmarks became a natural scenography supporting the atmosphere of the game. The experience began at St. Barbara’s Cathedral, followed by a dedicated space with dozens of high-performance gaming stations, where guests were among the first in the world to try the game. This was followed by a curated city programme inspired by the game, culminating in a live concert of the game’s music and an evening programme that further developed the overall storytelling.
